How to make the perfect pot of ofe owerri

Ofe Owerri which literarily translates to 'Owerri Soup' is one which is indigenous to the Owerri people of Imo state as the name suggests.

As many soups native to the Igbos are vegetable-filled, ofe owerri is no different and okazi and ugu leaves are used in making this soup.

Ofcourse fish isn't left out - smoked fish and stock fish are your best bet for this soup.
